Shipping
1. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days once we have all requested details & cleared payment.
2. For large and bulky items, Parcel Locker or Post office
related address are not accepted, residential address will be required.
3. We only use Australia Post, not accept Fastway and other courier services.
4. If buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, Please kindly get in touch with the post office or pick up your parcel by yourself.
5. We deliver Australia wide. However, for large and bulky items
although it is free shipping listed, surcharge may still apply for
remote and rural areas. Please read the description before purchase.
6.Note: we will be shipped within 4~6 business days if in busy season, from September to November.

Return
1. When you receive your purchase if you
are not 100% satisfied, please let us know the Detailed Problem,We will
give you a 100% satisfactory solution
2. If you received an
incorrect, damaged, defective, or item not as described, contact us for a
partial/full refund or replacement on our cost.
3. If you want to
return the item,please contact us within 14 days after package received
.Return products must also be in its original condition: including box,
packaging and all other accessories. Returns that are a result of
customer error will be subject to an actual shipping fee deduction from
the refund.
4. Buyer should pay for the return shipping fee if All
NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund . (E.g. you brought wrong size or
wrong item).
5. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage.
If you broken it , please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will
not be refunded, Buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning
the items
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received.
How to return1. Please contact us for Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA) and return address .
2. Shipping back the package . The RMA# must be clearly written on the return package ,Otherwise the package will be refused.
3. Mail us the return tracking number.
4. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
