WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SALE:

  • You will receive everything in the photos & nothing  else.

  • Unless otherwise specified, balls and capsules are  not included in the sale.
  • Your doll/s and accessories will arrive in custom  wrapped gift paper with proper padding to protect  it. All  accessories will be in the same package, but not on  the doll itself.  We do this to prevent the doll from getting  scratched or transfer color or glitter onto one  another. Some accessories and dolls may contain  glitter so please be aware that there could be  transfer of the glitter to your clothes or other  toys.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all items are NEW – OPEN  BOX
  • This listing Includes extra custom treats and  accessories.  Some of these are purchased and others are handmade.  They are not manufactured by MGA.
  •  We (the seller) is not responsible for  manufacturing defects on the dolls and/or  accessories.
  • All items come from a pet free / smoke free home.

 

SHIPPING & COMBINED SHIPPING

  • Immediate pay has been turned OFF on all the  listings.  This will allow for you to use the shopping cart  feature to order and pay for multiple items.  If you purchase 3 or more items we will give  you free shipping.
  • Shipping discounts are available on multiple item  purchases.
  • All items will be shipped using the USPS first  Class. If the item is over 16OZ in weight, it will  take be shipped via USPS Priority (at an extra cost)
  • You can specify a shipping method for the items you  buy.
  • Items that ship in flat rate boxes OR that are  purchased as large lots over 2 pounds cannot be  combined.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • We only ship to the verified address on your PayPal  account.
  • If you message us and ask us to ship to your item to  another address after you pay, we will cancel your  order.
  • We only use eBay Global Shipping for international  purchases. We do not have access to their pricing or  shipping speeds. 
  • International buyers are responsible for all Customs  and related fees
  • Handling times vary from 1-3 days depending on the  listing. This only includes business days. Each  listing will show the estimated delivery date.

 

DELIVERY

  • Tracking is automatically uploaded for every item  after it ships.
  • We cannot control shipping after tracking shows that  an item was dropped off at the post office.
  • If tracking shows “In Transit,” it means the item is  on its way.
  • After tracking shows “DELIVERED,” eBay does not hold  the seller responsible if you do not receive the  item. A mail carrier or postal worker is the only  person who can mark a package “Delivered.” So if you  did not receive a package eBay requires buyers to  contact their local post office.

 

Missing / Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, with items missing, or  if you are unsatisfied, please contact us BEFORE leaving  feedback and we will do our best to solve the problem.
