Awesome multi-use yoga mat harness!

-Hook and loop straps wrap snugly around your mat (only place strap material against mat, not hook & loop, or it won’t stay in place)

-Carry strap UNIQUELY buckles and adjusts in length, allowing you to snug it around your waist (while riding your bike for example), over your shoulder, across your back, or even attach to a backpack or luggage.

--Works on mats up to 5-3/4” Diameter when rolled up (regular 1/8” thick mats roll to 4” diameter, my thick 5/16” Manduka mat rolls to 5-3/4” diameter and this harness securely holds it).
