Dual wire whips create a triple whipping action and allow you to whip as little as one egg white. The cookie paddles are perfect for creaming butter and mixing medium to thick batters and cookie doughs. The cake paddles thoroughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air. Ideal for quick breads, muffins, and pancakes which can become tough and chewy if over-mixed.
