Condition: Hello, here is a stunning little clock, sadly until you buy it the clock does not work, the hands turn by the winder, the main spring winding mechanism does not latch each time the keys is turned, it springs back, other wise externally it is undamaged, please see pictures as they are part of the condition.

I have contacted the British government achive for registared numbers to find out more details which will be added when I get them and the price adjusted to match.
