Conditions: Used, like new. This is a Lima # 9306 Passenger car 1st class of SNCF (French National Railways) with baggage compartment.  The model was slightly used and later, kept in storage for many years. It has a full interior, metal wheels and runs smoothly in both directions.

Terms and Conditions

• Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
• Payment must be received with 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let me know to discuss a solution.
• For winners of my multiple actions, I offer combined shipping to save on shipping cost. Before sending payment, please allow me to figure out combined shipping cost, I will send you invoice through eBay. 
• If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, then a Non-Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged
• Item will be shipped in the box within 3 business days after the payment is received. You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.
• Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well, please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID.
• 7 days after we have dispatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.

Returns:

• 30 days Return Policy, Buyer pays return shipping.
• Money back, 10% Restocking Fee Deduction on all return.
• A refund of the purchase price (less shipping) will be given provided that the returned item is packaged securely and received in its original condition within 14 days. The item is the item you received (original) item, no buying or switching product allowed.
