Yu-Gi-Oh! Helpoemer RP02-EN074 Ultra Rare Near Mint/Excellent Condition. Pulled from “Retro Pack 2”. Never played. Pulled, sleeved then put into pro binder. Great for collectors and fans of all ages.

CONDITION:

Item is in “Excellent/Near Mint Condition”. Condition shown in photos. No bends, rips, visible scratches, nor tears in cards. All cards with this condition have never been played and were put straight into a sleeve and binder.

SHIPPING:

Item ships within one business day of payment received, item ships with eBay standard envelope or USPS First Class Shipping. Buyer pays calculated shipping if upgraded to USPS First Class. If multiple items/listings are purchased I will adjust shipping cost, if items allow. I always package my product with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.

RETURNS POLICY:

If item/items are lost, damaged, or stolen through the shipping process then the shipping carrier is liable, thus you will need to get ahold of the delivery service for refund.

If item/items are damaged/not working and it wasn’t through the shipping process then you have buyer protection through eBay, get ahold of eBay and let them know and they will provide you with a shipping label.
