Very Rare Philipp Plein shoes

I cannot positively identify the model of these shoes.

These are pre owned shoes so they have some typical signs of wear; however, the only major issues I see with these shoes are that there is a scratch on the metal toe ( see pictures ) and there is one PP logo metal tab missing ( see pictures).
