Our Roshield rodent sanitiser and cleaner spray have been specially formulated to remove bacteria and viruses associated with rodents safely. Dilute into a sprayer and treat all surfaces within the area of infestation. 

Suitable for contractors, professionals and amateur users for treating environments that have recently had a rodent infestation and require a fast control treatment over a large or confined area. Our rodent sanitiser and cleaner is an excellent add-on solution for treating customer properties after a rodent treatment has been successful. A small 100ml concentrate version, as well as a ready-to-use spray, is also available.

The main risk associated with rats and mice are the wide range of diseases carried that can cause harm to humans and animals. Our concentrate treatment spray can be used to kill a wide range of bacteria, fungi and viral organisms, including Weil's disease.

Please follow instructions at all time on the rear of the label.

PPE should be worn as required.

Dilute 100ml to 5 litres of clean water and spray all areas that have had rodent activity such as pipework, floor areas and wide-open areas such as within an attic space. This product can be used by both amateur and professional users.

If treating rodent carcass's before removal, we would recommend using a stronger mix of 100ml to 1 litre due to the higher risks involved.

Cleaning recommendations

We recommend treatment of an area before, during and especially after a rodent treatment. 

Rats and mice are transmitters of a wide range of bacteria and viruses that can cause significant health risks if left untreated. Users must take protective safety steps to prevent contamination to themselves and others around the treatment area. We recommend gloves for when handling waste materials and a mask and suitable overalls if within confined spaces or when dealing with heavy debris.

Rodents prefer confined locations, so their main activity will be concentrated on voids around the infestation area. When in the open rodents will stay to walls and pipework, so it's important to concentrate your main focus to this area. Rodents will of course sometimes come out into more exposed areas, especially within established areas, so we recommend treating all areas associated with rodents activity.

Roshield sanitiser & Cleaner Spray: Available in 3 sizes including a concentrate and RTU spray, our cleaner contains a powerful biocide with proven control of bacteria and viruses associated with rodents. Users need to spray all surfaces within the treatment areas, paying particular attention to their runs around corners and voids. Contains Benzalkonium Chloride.

Roshield Anti-Bacterial Fogger Aerosol: Our one-shot fogger cans are a simple and very efficient way to treat large open areas quickly and with little hassle. An anti-bacterial layer remains in situ to protect the treatment. Foggers are also an ideal way to treat voids and other inaccessible areas where bacteria can remain out-of-reach for a considerable time after the infestation. Contains 90% alcohol.

Bulk waste should be treated before removal, and intermittent stages throughout the process, with a biocide such as our Roshield sanitiser & cleaner spray as this, will limit the spread of spores in the air. The waste must be damp to prevent air spread.

Waste, once treated with a biocide, can be double-bagged and replaced in general waste.

Precautions:

To avoid risks to man and the environment, comply with instructions for use.

Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Causes serious eye damage. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read label before use. Do not breathe vapours. Wash with soap and water thoroughly after handling. Contaminated Clothing should not be allowed out the work place. Avoid release to the environment. Wear Protective gloves/protective clothing/eye or face protection.

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/take off immediately all contaminated clothing.
Rinse skin with water/shower. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in position comfortable for breathing. Store locked up.
IF IN EYES: Rinse continuously with water for several minutes. Remove Contact lenses, if present and easy to do so. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTRE or doctor/physician. Specific treatment (Section 4 of MSDS Sheet). Wash contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Collect spillage. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with all local, regional, national and international regulations. Safety data sheet available on request.

Delivery Information

UK Shipments

The majority of our products are inclusive of shipping charges to addresses in mainland United Kingdom using a tracked service.

Shipment is undertaken either via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPC using a tracked service and we post the same day for orders received before 3pm. Shipments are undertaken using a 48 hour or faster service with the options of an upgrade if required.

Whilst the majority of standard shipment services will be received within a 48-hour timeframe it is important to note that this is not a guaranteed service and shipments may fluctuate depending on demand within the postal system, especially within peak seasonal events such as Christmas. We recommend upgrading to a guaranteed next day service if the product is time-sensitive.

Additional charges may apply for shipment of heavy or hazardous materials to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland when using Parcelforce. Conditions for some products may restrict postage to these areas, however, where possible we will restrict to purchase at the point of sale.

Rodenticide Important Information

Packages containing rodenticide may be left unattended at the point of delivery. The carrier is unaware of the contents as rodenticide does not carry any additional transport restrictions, so it's important to make sure that dogs and other non-target animals are controlled on the day of the expected delivery.

Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay to inform customers of the expected delivery date and the majority of our carriers can update the process of shipments either through an SMS message or mobile app. We recommend checking to confirm that the mobile number is available within eBay for us to pass to the carrier.

Royal Mail Specific Information

The majority of our packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with the additional upgrade of their Tracked 24 service. It's important to note that this is not a guaranteed 2 day or next-day service, and delivery in extreme circumstances can take longer and investigations will Royal Mail cannot be undertaken until 15 days from dispatch, however, we do stress this is rare and 99.9% of deliveries arrive as expected. If you require a specific next-day service please upgrade to Parcelforce or DPD within the checkout page of eBay.

Parcelforce Specific Information

For larger shipment or with products that have transportation regulations we use Parcelforce however they are limited to specific postcodes and have restrictions on certain products to Northern Ireland and longer deliveries windows for the Scottish Highlands and Islands. A normal 24 service to remote locations is likely to take 3-4 days for deliveries. Whilst we attempt to absorb any additional costs of postage additional charges may apply to certain postcodes, which can be provided on request. Please see above for further information.

Worldwide Shipments

We ship to the majority of countries, however, due to variable costs only a certain amount of EU countries can be included within the eBay options, please see specific listings as some products are restricted due to transportation regulations. We use a specialist Royal Mail service, and most shipments can take 3-4 days for deliveries. Alternatively, we use a 3-4 day Parcelforce shipment.

Rodenticides and other hazardous products are restricted and are not eligible for dispatch outside of the UK.

Warehouse Collections

Customers can also request for a collection from our warehouse for larger pallet quantities. A forklift is available if required.

Returns

We comply with all the eBay terms and conditions relating to the return of products.

As a company, we do not offer a free pre-paid returns service; we do accept returns of products that are new, unopened and still in a resealable condition; however, the returnee must pay the carriage.

Before undertaking a return, please contact us to inform us that you intend to return the product. You can do this via creating a case within the eBay portals page.

All items can be returned to Fort Products Limited within 30 days of receiving an order, or as stated by eBay within the returns section of this listing. We recommend that any item is sent via a tracked service to prevent loss of the parcel. Returns must observe any carrier restrictions, i.e. aerosols are not allowed on Royal Mail services.

Products must be returned within the original packaging and in a re-sellable state, and must not be in a used condition. For products that have been returned that have been used will result in a partial and or refusal of the refund. A product assessment survey, including photos, will be undertaken once received at our warehouse before relaying this to the order within eBay.

Whilst we appreciate the majority of returns are for a valid and undisputed reason, we also acknowledge that fraud is a minor issue. All suspected acts will be reported to eBay.

It's important to note that we have no control over the payment processing and do not directly deal with card payments. Any dispute of incorrect amounts or theft via the use of a card must be undertaken with eBay.
