RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal - Satisfied or refunded
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art. 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the products themselves.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for all products which, by choice of the customer, have been collected personally at the operational headquarters of N&B VERO AFFARE SRL Simplificata. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to any professional activity carried out.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to N&B VERO AFFARE SRL Simplificata Via E. Toti 7, 51016 Montecatini Terme (PT), within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
• lack of original packaging
• absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)
• damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
- N&B VERO AFFARE SRL Simplificata will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 30 days of the return of the goods, through a cancellation procedure for the amount charged. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Code. IBAN of the invoice holder).

196/93 we inform you that our paper and/or computer archive contains your personal data and that these will be used and processed directly or through external parties for management-administrative purposes.
We also remind you that pursuant to article 7 of the aforementioned law you have the right at any time to know, cancel, rectify, update, integrate and oppose the processing of data.
