This is from the 1970 Topps Poster Insert set.  These were inserted into packs of 1970 Topps Baseball.

These will all have folds but assume there are no rips or tears unless otherwise noted.

This is #9 Andy Messersmith - California Angels.

Overall I would say this is ExMt to ExMt+.  Only flaw is a tiny tear on left border fold.
