What's included?

You will receive a bag in your chosen colour with attachments to secure it securely to your prams seat/frame. 

Fitting your bag

You will receive instructions or a link to online instructions that will show you in clear detail how to attach the bag onto the pram. Do not attempt to attach the bag before watching these instructions to ensure that the bag is fitted correctly.

Care instructions

Wipe clean only with mild soap and water. Do not use any abrasive cloths or cleaning products on your bag as this may cause damage.

Returns and Refunds

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method minus your original postage. You will need to cover the costs to return the item. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

* Returned items must be in their original condition.
