Here is a rare opportunity to purchase a beautiful  Philipp Hammig 658/2 Grenadilla wood flute. Hammig are renowned flute and piccolo makers and are coveted by some of the world's top players and have been crafting instruments since 1780.

This particular flute has open-holes with offset G and split E. It has nickel silver, silver plated keys and C-footjoint.  It been completely serviced and the pads are in good condition, well seated with plenty of life. The headjoint is in perfect condition with no repairs or cracks and plays with a lovely full sound. 

This is a beautiful professional flute by one of the world's top makers. It is perfect for orchestral, jazz or folk music and the lack of a lip plate allows a more free blowing, adaptable sound from the player.
