For your consideration, this is a dinner plate from HB Quimper France in the Mistral Blue pattern. It is octagonal and features a Breton woman in the center. The paneled rim is decorated with lattice, leaves and florals.
It measures 10 1/8” in diameter and is signed by the artist. There is no crazing, chips, cracks or browning. There is some wear / flake off the edge rim, not visible from the front. There are some very mild utensil marks. See photos.
