Harkila Deer Stalker Camo HWS Trousers
The Deer Stalker camo HWS trousers are made from a soft, very low-noise, stretch Tricot fabric that has been DWR treated, to make it dirt- and water-repellent. Unlike many other membrane-equipped trousers, these are excellent for stalking. But you remain fully protected from even heavy rainfall by the built-in HWS® membrane, with its hydrostatic head of 20,000 mm. If you up your level of activity and start overheating, there are zipped vents on the back of the thighs to keep you cool. The trousers also have a moisture-wicking lining. They feature Harkila's AXIS MSP® camouflage, which disrupts your outline and lets you merge into the background. MSP stands for Multi Season Pattern, and, as the name suggests, Harkila designed this camouflage to be effective in a variety of terrains at different times of the year. It was developed with the assistance of camouflage expert Guy Cramer, who, in addition to AXIS MSP®, has designed camouflages for military use in many countries. The trousers have two large, zipped, front pockets and a 4-shot cartridge holder on the right thigh. There are adjustment straps behind the knees for achieving the optimum fit. There are also ankle adjusters to ensure that they close tightly round your boots. There is also a hidden hook at each ankle to attach to your bootlaces, to prevent the trouser legs riding up while you are stalking.
