Light (chamois color) blue with blue & white stripes

This item is in EXCELLENT vintage condition, while there are no major flaws, I did notice 2 extremely minor ones. There is one light colored discoloration near the bottom on the right side, and one rust colored spot on the lapel. Both are very small and super hard to notice without a close inspection
