Rare Antique Victorian 14K YG Hand Engraved Opal+Diamond Bangle Bracelet 22g.

This beautiful oval, hinged bangle bracelet belonged to my mother. I had it evaluated by an estate/antique jeweler.

There are no hallmarks, but it was acid tested and is 14 karat yellow gold.

There are minor dents above and below the diamond. The stones are original and crudely set. The old mine diamond is off-color - a “light brown” and is approximately 35 points. The opals are unmatched.

The inside of the bracelet is marked, has some dents, and evidence of solder,

indicating that repairs were made at one time.

The inside circumference of the bracelet is 6.5”. The outer circumference is 8”. The inside diameter is 2 and 1/8”. The bracelet will comfortably fit a medium small wrist. The bracelet weighs 22.1 grams.

The front width of the bracelet is 18mm and tapers to 10mm in the back.

The plunger clasp is secure.
