Tomica Tomy Hypercity Mega Train Garage Hospital Tested & Working ~ 2009 TOMY.

This was tested and works. There are 3 C batteries in it but they will need to be swapped out. It looks like all the functions work as they should. It is a little dirty and dusty in spots from being in storage. There is some paint loss and some marks in spots. I do have other HyperCity stuff for sale.
