iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen/ 4th Gen 2018/2020Top Glass
replacement service. Your iPad must have a fully functional LCD Original. We
change the touch digitizer so we can accept iPads which have touch issues such
as 'ghosting' or random clicking/ scrolling.
COMPATIBLE MODEL NUMBERS:
PRO 12.9 3RD GEN2018 - A2014, A1895, A1983, A1876 (Can be found
on the reverse of the iPad)
PRO 12.9 4TH GEN 2020- A2069, A2232, A2233, A2229(Can be
found on the reverse of the iPad)
NOTE: The LCD screen must function
properly, have no lines or black spots, and ONLY the top glass cracked. If you
are not sure you can send us a picture of your device switched on.
How the repair service works

Wrap up your device securely as possible with
bubble wrap and a box. Include your eBay ID inside alongside your contact
details (If your device has a passcode please send it to us via a message)

How long the repair will take
We aim to complete your repair the same day we
receive the device. It may take upto 24-48 hours to repair during busy periods.
(We mark the order as dispatched after purchase to
comply with eBay regulations in regards to postage timelines as eBay doesn't
recognise our listings as a service)
Postage and Packaging
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard free
delivery. WE DO NOT INSURE YOUR DEVICE FOR RETURN DELIVERY. PLEASE
CHOOSE SPECIAL DELIVERY AT CHECKOUT FOR INSURED NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR UPTO £500
Please send your item safely packed in secure
packaging to avoid further damage to your device. We will not be held
accountable for devices received damaged due to poor packaging.
We would need your device passcode for this
service. Please provide it when sending the device or remove it entirely. You
may wish to back up and reset the device before sending. YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR DATA WITH THIS
SERVICE. (If no device passcode is provided we will not provide any
warranty with the repair)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1. My device has had a screen
replacement before, can you still replace the glass?
A1. Yes and No. IF your screen has been replaced
with an Original screen or original refurbished screen we will be able to
change the glass if your Original screen is still functioning without any lcd
defects. IF your screen has been replaced with an aftermarket copy screen we
will NOT be able to change the glass.
Q2. I bought my device second hand or
refurbished, so I am not sure if the screen has been replaced previously.
A2. In this instance you can send us a picture of
the device whilst it is switched on and we will be able to advise. Please note
we cannot always differentiate between original and aftermarket screens from
pictures you send.
Q3. Can you replace the battery
or repair any other issues with my device?
A3. Yes of course we can. We have a team of highly
trained technicians and they will be able to diagnose and repair most faults
with your devices. A battery or charging port replacement will work out cheaper
getting repaired with the screen as we only have to open your device once.

Q4. I have a shop (or in the trade) can
we get a trade discount?
A4. No. We don’t offer discount on complete iPad
screen glass replacements. If you are in the trade and would like us to
refurbish some screens only for you please send us a message. We work with
corporate clients aswell and we kindly ask you to contact us directly to open a
trade account (bulk order discounts apply for LCD screen replacements ONLY)
Q5. Can I bring my iPad into your store
and wait for my glass repair?
A5. Yes you can bring your iPad into our store for
a quicker repair which is an LCD Swap which will cost an additional £20 and
repaired within 1. (Depends on your lcd condition)
