Not familiar with this card? Back in 2000, Topps/O-Pee-Chee came up with a "salute" series where they re-printed every Mario Lemieux base card that was issued from 1985 through 1994 or 1995. These were very unique when they first came out and over the years, now 20+ years later, these are highly sought after. It is hard to find these cards well centered and sharp corners now 20+ years later.
