Used, as-is. All items are readable. Time has all pages and binding is good, it has an address label with writing on it, small circular stain on cover, minor wear, and some crumpling and corner folding. Space Programs Staff Report has good binding, slight wear on edges, some crumpling, age discoloration, some indentations. Newspaper is one section (6 pages) and has folding creases and aging, small edge tears, small holes where creases meet. See attached pictures.
