General description

The beam tetrode - 6P1P-EV serves to increase the power of low-frequency signals, which allows its use in the output stages of amplifiers and receivers, as well as in generators and multipliers. The radio lamp is made in the form of a glass cylindrical bulb and can be operated in any position. Until 1985, the tetrode was produced in St. Petersburg.

Basic technical characteristics

• Operating voltage supplied to the anode: 250 V.
• Nominal current in the anode circuit: 44 mA.
• Shear voltage on the first grid: – 12.5 V.
• Operating voltage on the second grid: 250 V.
• Power developed in the anode circuit: 12 W.
• Weight of the tetrode: 20 g.
