3M VHB DOUBLE STICK FOAM TAPE.  VHB MEANS "VERY HIGH BOND". The advantage of a thin foam over an adhesive transfer tape is shock resistance and void filling ability, while adhesive transfer's have a quick initial bond. VHB's typically require a cure time of 72 hours. Like a glue hardening.
