Avialable a unique piece of Nautical Sea Life Decor, a Large Vintage Aluminum Seahorse Pedestal/Candle Holder. I do not find a mark indicating manufacturer or origin. My guess is it dates to the mid-century. The base and top two pieces can screw off.  It measures 17 inches high and 6 inches across the base.
