3. Place a note with your EBAY USERNAME in the package 

4. Provide your carrier tracking number (send us a message with your tracking number)

5. We will start repair as soon as we receive your device and ship it back to you in 1 to 2 business days (return shipping is included with your purchase)

We inspect all devices before start repair in the case your device is not repairable we will return the device, we will refund for amount paid for this service minus return shipping cost

90 days warranty against defects. Buyer is responsible for shipping in case you return it for warranty. (We inspect all devices before shipping for any defects we run a test for cameras, touch function, charging, power button). Warranty does not include heavy scratching, physical damage or liquid damage in any form this will be considered customer abuse and automatically will void any warranty due to customer abuse or misuse.
