Usage:
Cleanse the hair with Pro Classics Texture Shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Then, divide the hair into four sections, considering the existing hairstyle. Apply 125ml of X-Tenso Moisturist straightening cream approximately 1cm away from the roots, starting from the nape area. Monitor the hair regularly during the processing time using the Knot Test, ensuring that application and development do not exceed 20 minutes.
Once ready for removal, thoroughly rinse it for 3-5 minutes. Proceed to dry the hair until it reaches 80% dryness and use straighteners on fine sections (approximately 2mm each) for no more than 20 minutes.
Apply 120ml of X-Tenso Fixing Cream and leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing the hair carefully. Finish by rinsing and gently brushing the hair.

Damaged Shipments:

Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
