Vega III, Druopta Czech Czechoslovakia 35mm camera CLA works Vebur Etar

If you wonder why I have same shipping to European union like for rest of world it is thetherefore because for these sales needs to be paid VAT to government. There is no option in ebay software how to set it I am using part of shipping charge (and still loosing on sales to EU). If you are from EU and you will purchase 2 or more items I will arrange for you special shipping charge that can be lower like for heaviest item itself! If you are from Europe but not from European union or you have valid EU VAT No., do not pay and ask me for shipping charge mentioned bellow in description.

To many EU countries now I can arrange courier shipping in range €8-23. If you will bid in this auction, ask in advance, or at least prior making a payment I will tell you exactly how much charge will be to your destination.

To USA I am offerińg now Fedex economy shipping. Delivery time indicates FEDEX here D+5 and I will shorten handling time to 3 days max. I still need some time to test, remove eventuell problems that by old cameras during storing can happen and pack it. But I will handle these in the begin.

Made by Czechoslovakian Druopta in years 1952-57. Earlier I thought that it was the only metal camera ever made by Druopta, but now I think that possibly Lord and may be Monta as well were made by some early postwar manufacturer that was incorporated later in Druopta. This need some research, I shall be appreciated if somebody has information about it.

Camera is simply. Druopta always made a simply cameras for folks. This is the only camera made by Druopta with picture counter. Outside differs from Vega II with presence of flash shoe and does not have on back the exposure calculator table. In difference to Vega I it does not have Druo shutter.

Camera for 35 mm film for pictures size 36x24 mm.

This is the variety that was manufactured in 3 colors. Black is most common from 3 colours (other are red and blue). Red is rare and blue very rare. Cameras with Vebur shutter are only a few % from total nomber. Cameras with Metax shutter are VERY rare, may be one from 500. It is not possible take it from Flexaret because there is special release.

Cosmetically is this camera EXCELLENT+. Chrome was low quality it is with nearly without scatches but with usuall micro age marks, low quality chroming. No dents. Bottom plate by this camera has always scratches because it was not polished nor chromed. Leatherette with 1 mark on back and some very micro bumps bellow. Ring with shutter speeds readable but with some marks as well..

With case but without cap.

Camera was recently overhauled therefore works properly, shutter speeds look appropriate. Glass on lens is clean, no fungus, no scratches (nearly, from rear end I see 1 tiny). Focusing and stopping is smooth. Viewfinder is clean. Camera is fully usable.

Air mail shipping and handling charge is WORLDWIDE $30 - INSURED; to European countries those are not in European union $18 REGISTERED (letter), it has automatic insurance coverage up to $50 (Euro) per packet, contact me, if higher insurance is required than use worldwide option. They do exist express options (courier) to most EU countries, cost are different (low) you need ask about them separately.

If post will confirm that insured packet was lost or damaged (you need claim by delivery) I will replace it - when impossible refund the full amount. I need wait for post confirmation, too many crooks lately trying to have both item and money.

It is included in it incombinable $5 packing and handling charge that remains by combined shipping. Rest of charge I will combine and calculate just true shipping charge for packet to your country if you will purchase more items.

I have declared up to 10 days handling time for my items. I need this time to control and last time test every item, for items shipped out of European union put it in custom office that needs 2-3 days prepare documents and transfer packet to post office. Expected postal delivery time is usually up to 2 weeks but delays simple happens, for example in USA packet often need more days for security control in custom office. For these reasons I choose to check ebay shipping option "economy shipping ... 11-20 business days", I hope that you will get as quick as possible (in most cases you can calculate get packet 1.5-2 weeks after payment date if you are in European union, 2-3 weeks for rest of world) but really I can not affect work of custom and post offices worldwide anyway and delays can happen. Online trackable it is in some countries, for example USA, China, Japan. Contact me before making any Ebay or Paypal claim, PLEASE!

Combined shipping saves often costs per item considerably but not in all situations, ask about exact items. By very cheap item is possible ship uninsured - this will cost $3 less, but I will do it only if you will declare that you will not make any claim if packet will be lost by transport.
