The ulitmate statement dress! Incredible rare vintage 80s Nicole black dress with amazing wired ruffles. Avant Garde, 3-d and just incredible! You won't find a dress like this anywhere. No fabric tag but feels like the typical 80s stretch cotton lycra blend. In excellent condition however there are some spots where the wires are poking through a bit, not very noticeable but wanted to mention. Best for a size XS-S.
