Brand new - the string holding the paper tag is still attached, but the paper tag has fallen off. Comes with its dust bag. Never used and in perfect (there are 3 tiny pinpoint white dots in the lining seen in the photo of the inside - just mentioning to be 100% complete and I did not notice them until scrupulously examining the bag for any issues on listing), NEW condition. No smells, marks, defects - comes from pet free and smoke free home. Obviously since it is brand new, there is no wear on the straps or anywhere else...
