• A beautiful midcentury Shabby Chic, handpainted cabbage rose glass table lamp. The lamp stands 24” tall. It needs a white waffle glass diffuser which will add 6” of height making it 30” tall. Your choice of shade will sit on top of the diffuser. I have the needed type of diffuser available in a different sale. The lamp is reverse painted with gold gilt dividing a field of different cabbage roses. 10” wide. Not marked with Rachel Ashwell’s name and before her time, but definitely in that style. C1950s. It has some oxidation around the brass base and a little on the brass socket and attached fitting. It does not effect function or style.
