The Leprechaun is Nylon.  It is in great condition.  I do not see any stains, rips or tears.  It is 24" tall and 15" wide.  There is a small metal ring at the top to hang it up.  If you win the auction, I promise to ship it fast on Monday February 20th.  You will have it at least 3 weeks before St. Patrick's Day to decorate.
