Sous-vide, as you may well know, is a method of cooking in which food is sealed in plastic and submerged in water at around 60 degrees. It results in mouthwateringly moist joints of meat and these minimal joints are just as deliciously prepared. 'Meander' manages to be deep yet driving, with muffled but punchy kicks and wispy synths really making their mark. 'Hallucine' is perfectly crisp and kinetic minimal tech, and closer 'Freedom Of Split' is a tech cut with thumping kicks designed to rock intimate back rooms. This is functional but fun and emotive tackle for sure.
