Offered for sale is an extremely rare Punk Band Poster. We understand that this poster was produced on an ad hoc basis by a free-lance artist – the poster is signed,
"OZMUS POSTERS"
This poster was produced to promote bands in venues such pubs, bars, local clubs,
and other venues.
Considering the temporary nature of these posters, which advertised performances or series of performances over a few days or a particular day or weekend – after the performance was over, the poster would have been removed and discarded and another poster would take its place. This poster is rare and possibly one of a limited few to have survived to the present day. It is remarkable that this poster has survived – because it provides a unique insight into the Punk music scene in Sydney in the mid 1990’s.
