This vintage 4 Quart Pressure Cooker is from Revere Ware, made in USA.  It is stainless steel with a copper clad bottom.  It is marked with Patent No. 2272609 (1939-1968) made under Process Patent No. 2363973 (1939-1944).  

It measures about 8 1/4" across (excluding handles) and is 5 1/2" high.  It is in very good vintage condition with minor scratches and scuffs consistent with normal use.  The rubber gasket / seal is in good shape as well.
