This item was an online retailer return and did appear to have been used. It was likely returned due to being the wrong size so it may have been tried on. For sanitary reasons I did wash it and some dog hair remains. Unfortunately when I washed it the adorable antenna fell off. They are included and could be reglued. Please see photos for measurements.
