This item is in very good condition with only normal signs of wear from normal use and care.  These have been very well cared for and are beautiful as you can see by the photos!  The approximate measurements when taken with a fabric tape measure are:  31.5" Waist, 29" Inseam, 8" Rise, and 18" across at the hips when laying flat.
