This Ficus and Indoor Bonsai Soil mix is ideal for tropical bonsai plants (ficus, carmona, serissa, sageretia, podocarpmyrthus and dwarf palms), and can be used for non-bonsai indoor plants too. 
This soil mix comes in 2 litre pack. 

The mix includes:
  • 1/4 Gro-Sure® super fine grade compost (enriched with seaweed and with vermiculite added)
  • 1/4 washed grit (Borderstone® Golden Flint or similar type, 8-12 mm), 
  • 1/4 Melcourt® pine mini chips bark mulch, and
  • 1/4 fired clay (diatomaceous earth).

It has following main characteristics:

1) Excellent drainage preventing root rot,
2) Perfect air circulation which promotes root growth,   
3) Hold moisture to ensure that the soil doesn’t dry out immediately after watering and promotes growth..

It is graded and blended in the UK by House of British Bonsai and Yamadori (HOBBY).
