This is a vintage 1950's/1960's Italian Dyed Tuscan Lamb's Wool Fluffy Fur Hat. Made in Italy from Lambskin this is an excellent women's Mid-Century Modern winter hat. I would say the size is a women's large, it has an interior diameter of about 6" that is slightly expandable. Overall this hat is in great/excellent condition, I noticed no issues with the stitching and no loss of fur or any deterioration like that.
