Some customers, after successfully activating their eSIM and utilizing the service for a certain period, have initiated refund claims under various pretexts. This has raised concerns over the misuse of our services and policies.
In light of these circumstances, we have decided to terminate the sale of eSIM cards. This action is taken with the intention of maintaining the integrity of our offerings and the trust of our valued customers.
Additionally, due to the challenges posed by these particular cases, we have no choice but to implement a stringent measure to safeguard the interests of genuine customers and our business. We will be adding the customers involved in these questionable refund requests to a blacklist, preventing them from making further purchases from our platform.
Please understand that this decision has not been taken lightly. Our commitment to providing exceptional products and services remains steadfast. We believe that taking these steps will enable us to continue offering a secure and positive experience to all our honest and respectful customers.

To activate your service, contact us to start the process. We'll ship you a triple cut T-Mobile SIM card via USPS Stamp Mail, and the first month's plan is included. Please allow up to 24 hours for service activation.
Our SIM card comes with the option to add a $5 Mexico/Canada Roaming Feature, which includes 5GB roaming data in Mexico/Canada. You can also choose the $15 NA Stateside International Calling feature. Please note that the Canada & Mexico feature is optional for both plans, and there is no hotspot available in these countries. Please check the T-Mobile coverage map in Canada & Mexico before making a purchase.
Our service is prepaid, and therefore we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once activated.
A new number will be issued by default. You can choose your area code if available, but you cannot choose your number. Please note that if you activate the SIM card through any other means besides contacting us, you will have to pay the full price ($15-$70), and this offer will be voided. You cannot have the SIM card activated somewhere else and then ask us to fund it for you. Only through us will you get the discount!
To use our SIM card/service, you need to make sure that you have a non-blacklisted, clean IMEI, unlocked VoLTE 4G, 5G GSM, or VoLTE 4G, 5G T-Mobile phone. This SIM card will not work in tablets or standalone hotspot devices - it is only compatible with cellphones and their built-in hotspot so that you can connect your other devices to the phone's hotspot.
You can schedule your SIM card activation with eBay messaging to us. Upon receipt of the SIM card, contact us by eBay messages for account activation. Once you authorize the activation, no refunds will be given. If you purchase the 60-day plan, T-Mobile will send you a message to remind you to refill the account. Please note that it will automatically refill.
