We are offering a Victorian Lady Porcelain Figurine made in Japan containing Dermay Parfumers toiletries. The bottom of this figurine is corked. If you shake the figurine you can tell that there is something inside. I would suspect that it is bath salts in a bag of sorts but I really do not know. If you take the cork off you may damage the label which is important to identifying the piece. Dermay products was founded in 1924 by Jerome Baum. They manufactured and sold may toiletry products. They sold the items in fancy containers. this is one of those containers. The elegant lady stands 71/2 inches tall. She is holding a parrot in her arm. The decoration is still in great condition even down to her gold painted shoes. This is an unusual piece and is in excellent condition free of chips, cracks, fleabites, scratches and crazing.
