Payment Policy

• All Payments must be immediate unless otherwise discussed (cash on collection available).
  
• We accept paypal, debit/credit card services or cash on collection.
  
• All items will be shipped as soon as item is paid for.
  

Shipping Policy

• All our items are shipped on a recorded, trackable next day by 4pm service.
  
• All items are dispatched same day if you buy & pay before 11am.

• We use DPD as our next working day courier & if you don't receive your item or get a failure to deliver note through your door by 5pm the following day, please contact DPD with your tracking number at hand to rearrange delivery.
• Standard charge for shipping is to a UK Mainland address only
• UK mainland DOES NOT include:
• IRELAND
• NORTHERN IRELAND
• SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS
• SCOTTISH ISLES
• ISLE OF MAN
• CHANNEL ISLANDS
• We can ship to above areas on a 2-5 day service at the same cost.
  
• All parts are carefully packaged & are delivered using our fully insured courier who will require a signature at time of delivery (please check items upon delivery before signing).
  

Returns Policy

• Please check your item for damage before signing for it upon delivery
• If the item is damaged please refuse the item and contact us immediately
• A full refund will be given on items damaged in transit
• If you wish to return an item please contact us by message through Ebay within 14 days (we will not pay or refund postage on parts purchased by mistake).
  
• All our items supplied are security marked
• Any item being returned must be received within 14 days from date of sale
• We will refund item & delivery charges if the item is found to be faulty (if we do not have a suitable replacement to send you) or we have made a mistake once an item is received back it will be tested in our workshop.
• If you have purchased item by mistake or wrong item we will NOT refund postage cost to return or the postage paid on original shipping.
