International Buyers – Please Note:

The item price and shipping cost do not reflect or include any charges pertaining to import duties or taxes. The buyer is responsible for the aforementioned charges. To determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or purchasing any of our items, please confer with your country’s customs office.

• We accept payment using major credit cards through PayPal. Payments must be received within 7 days after auction has ended or upon purchase.

  Please note that any payments made to us do not include any import tax, duty, VAT, or brokerage fees that you (i.e., the buyer) are responsible for.

• We ship daily from Monday-Friday from the United States. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified.

  We will only ship to the address that is provided during payment/checkout. Shipping and handling rates are fixed and non-refundable. Public holidays and Sundays are not included in the expected delivery date.

  We are not responsible for packages held and inspected by customs, which may result in longer delivery times.

  We ship from a clean, pet-free, and non-smoking environment. Bubble wrap is used when necessary to secure any loose, moving parts.
  

Returns and Refunds

Prior to shipping, our products are inspected and ensured they are in good condition and packaged appropriately. We strive for customer satisfaction. In the event you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received, please let us know and we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items if they are damaged, and we will gladly give credit or money back for the damaged items. Returns with missing accessories will not be accepted. The shipping fee/potage cost of returning damaged items is covered by the buyer.

To receive credit or a refund, items must be returned in the original, unopened (item’s) package with all parts and accessories included. Items must be in-transit back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your package to receive credit or a refund.
