This is a complete seat with cover, foam, and seat pan. It's ready to install on your bike. The strap is removable. This seat doesn't contain a logo. Please contact us if you want a logo.
Notes: There are 2 different type of seat pans for this bike model. You can show us the picture of your original seat pan. We can verify it and we can ship out the correct one. Otherwise, you can review my reference picture and let us know the seat pan # on it
