This set of Sixteen (16) Slip Fit - Internal Diameter Drill Bushings has been designed to meet the specific needs for the standard, oversize and undersized fasteners used in the aircraft/aerospace industry.  The sizes in this set have been machined to accommodate the following drill sizes:

Each Drill Bushing has been turned from Precision Ground Pennsylvania USA O-1 tool steel.  The outside diameter of the bushing has been held to a precise tolerance of 0.0501" ± 0.001?.  After the bushings have are machined, they are heat treated and tempered.  This process produces a bushing with a hardness measurement of 58+ on the Rockwell C scale, making the bushing extremely resistant to wear during use.

A tray is included in the set.  This tray is machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum.  The top of the tray is engraved with the bushing size for easy identification and organization in your tool box. The tray is anodized to ensure wear and scratch resistance and presents a professional appearance. We have added rubber feet to the tray to improve stability in handling of the Drill Bushing Set

We have also incorporated a new feature not normally not found on drill bushing manufactured by others.  We have included a machined receptacle on the outside diameter of the drill bushing to mate with a set screw which has been designed and incorporated into both the SAS Drill Bushing Block, Drill Bushing Cup, and the soon to be released, Drill Bushing Stand.
