Clutch Covers (Pressure Plates)
All cover assemblies endure a precise robotic testing process to ensure proper clamp load and clutch lift separation. This step ensures optimal pedal feel for better drivability. To help guarantee durability, the diaphragm spring (dark fingers in the center) receives special high frequency induction heat treating. This helps prevent the wear that normally occurs at the contact surface of the release bearing. Together, these procedures provide you a like-new pedal feel throughout the life of your clutch..

In addition to accumulated know-how as a clutch specialist, the latest CAD equipment has been introduced. By utilizing CATIA (3D Design) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) engineering, the most appropriate designs and configurations are tailored to meet each customer’s requirements.
INSPECTION
EXEDY Multi Plate Clutches are assembled by hand with the finished products being individually assessed for clamp load and release characteristics. This extra effort and care provided by EXEDY ensures the highest quality product every time you choose an EXEDY product.
All orders are shipped with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX
Items will be shipped a day after your order. Express shipping orders cut off time is 2pm PST. Any time after that the orders will be shipped the following day.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. In some instances, please expect delays due to customs.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused . It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Over-abused, burned, oiled goods are not allowed to be returned for a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send us your purchase before being approved for a return/refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) the product has been used.
