Delivery Times:
As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package. Delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times. However, every order will have a tracking number provided for you in order for you to be able to track your shipment

Refunds:
Refunds will always be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Keep in mind your item might arrive on a Friday and not be processed until Tuesday as this would still be considered 2 business days. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.
Replacements:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would be more than happy to have your item replaced at no extra cost to earn your satisfaction. To arrange for a replacement, please contact us directly through eBay messages. The returned device must be received before a replacement is shipped. A replacement device is Reserved will be reserved for you so please be sure to return the item within 7 business days in order to make sure we still have it in stock.
Disclaimer:
All items must be returned within the same exact condition they were received. No refunds will be applied to devices damaged by the buyer or altered in any way.
All units found non defective or returned for buyers remorse such as not liking the item, it being too small, being too large, etc. will have a 20% restocking fee. The reason for this is because we must pay employees to test, pack, ship the item. We must also pay for shipping two different times. We must also pay for employees to receive the item and test the return.
All personal accounts including iCloud, Google and Samsung accounts must be removed off of the device prior to returning the item back. No refund will be applied to any device that has any personal accounts linked to it. We will include instructions on how to return the item here as well.
