Possibly 1960s-1970s doll (assuming based on clothing material) measures 10" tall. The face/head/bust is hard possibly plastic or some sort of resin and is hand painted but the rest of the doll is cloth. The hands are sewn to the dress. She is wearing a dress and slip along with bloomers as underwear. Beautiful little vintage doll. Great shelf piece
