This game is based on the animated television series. With one Starter Set you have everything you need to play Dungeondice Monsters just like the characters in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TV show!
The object is to use the dice to summon monsters, build a path to your opponent's Monster Lord and attack. The first player to defeat the opposing Monster Lord by reducing its Life Points to zero wins the game.
It includes all the dice, the gameboard, 2 crest counters, 10 dungeon pieces, 6 monster figures, 1 monster lord, 1 monster lord paper token, 7 monster cards, and official rule book. There are 3 monster lord paper tokens missing and the red paper damage markers. You can use pennies or other items for the markers. We did that and it worked great. The instructions and cards are slightly bent but have no creases. The playing field (game board) has no rips or tears.
