This is a brand new open box item. It is in its original box has its instructions, and its hardware. It is a lovely light with a pretty frosted glass with color in it. It is a LED Lantern and uses a 13 W GU24 Bulb. We are including 2 of the GU24 Bulbs that are 10W. This light is tested and fully functional.
