Available to buy in packs with a Number Balloon of your choice or just packs of latex only.  Please choose the number required from the dropdown menu.  Any 2-digit number is available to order.  Just select the "any 2-digit Pack" option and add your numbers in the message to seller box at checkout, or alternatively send us a message with the numbers you require.  Please note that the latex packs will come with an equal amount of each design (4xPlain Red, 4xPlain Black & 4xFootball design for 12xLatex).  The Number balloons in the pack are 32" (around 27" when inflated as they become 3D).  These will float when inflated with helium but can also be inflated with air.  Straw provided with all number to make inflation easy!
